7 days, 8 dresses and bloomers to match. Like an ocd woman on speed, I couldn't stop making dresses and the bows and paci leashes to go with them. The serendipity of the beginning of Pinterest and me getting a grand daughter is not lost on me. I've been pinning dresses and bows like a crazy woman and I finally blew!
I got some of the patterns online, bought one on Etsy and another I bought the old fashioned way, at Joann. Others, I just made up. It was finally time to play with all the fabric I've been collecting and trying out all the dresses I've pinned. This is some of the fabric I've been gathering. They are group together and labeled with coordinating fabrics and labeled with the dress style and the type of bow to be made for each dress.
Got this fabric from Mood. Looove the button!

Same pattern, different fabrics. This time with a wooden button and no ric-rac.

I made this one to match her Easter basket and used a McCall's pattern, I think. The floral fabic is a vintage sheet I found at the thrift store for .69
Used the same pattern for this on, just didn't add ruffles. This is a .49 vintage pillow case. I used the edge of the opening for the bottom.

I made this with some remnant fabrics and a onesie. I got the idea here.
The Easter dress. My friend, Lacye, smocked it for Helena. Isn't it wonderful? I was so scared to sew it, but it wasn't too bad once I got started.
Round one of dress making is over. I have a ton more fabric left and as I was linking dresses, I noticed there were a lot on Pinterest that I haven't made yet. Guess I need to start another
marathon.
More Mood fabric. This was on the inside of the dress that's above and I made the rag roses with the outer fabric. Same McCall's pattern.
My 60's dress. Saw it here and downloaded the pattern. It was kinda tricky and I had some trouble, but it worked out ok.

Bows to match the dresses.
