Sweet Helena Blythe is now 5 whole months old! The last month flew by and she seems to have grown so much more in the past month than the month before. Not just size, although that hasn't shown any signs of slowing, but so many new tricks! She looooves the jumper and I swear she knows what jump means. When you ask her to "jump, jump, jump!" she gets after it. You are probably thinking it's our tone of voice, not the word, that makes her do it. Well, smarty pants, we thought of that, too. If you say "cat, cat, cat!" with the same inflection, she doesn't jump at all. She's probably brilliant, or maybe just real smart.
She is rolling over, but gets really mad when it happens, like it's our fault. She is sitting like a champ, too. Thinks it's pretty cool. My favorite is when she sits with us at the table and watches the food travel from the plate to our mouths and then mimics the chewing. What a hoot! Girlfriend wants some steak! Still sleeping well, eating well, spitting REAL well and her pooping ability is pretty outstanding, too. (check out the pic a little ways down)
In addition to 5 month pictures, I also added the bluebonnet pictures. It's not spring in Texas without bluebonnet pics!
And here is the 5 month shoot we tried to do in her Easter dress.
It was quickly brought to an end because of this blowout in typical Helena fashion. Go big or go home.
