During the time I was in San Antonio, helping with the babies, we were also busy doing other things. My daughter has strict announcement and card standards. They all have to be custom made and they have to be different. So when it's time to do them, we don't monkey around. We kinda have a friendly competition over who comes up with the best idea. I could SO throw it, because I do all the photography, editing and designing for both of us. I think I won the Christmas card category this year, but she had the overall win with the announcement design. It took 3 days of shooting to get just the right shot and HOURS of searching for just the right font. And let's don't even talk about the color of the font. Pink, but not too pink and not too purple. Did I say she had strict standards?

The envelope is glassine. I found vintage cancelled stamps on Craigslist and we added a vintage looking forever stamp.
