My New Baby

It's spring and babies abound. Aside from the new baby news of the grand baby kind ( I love you Wingnut!), I also want to announce another new member of my family, Wang Wang. I was told of her due date at my birthday party and waited anxiously as she made her way from China. I chose the name, Wang Wang, because of the meaning, "bright and clear" (or that's what I read, anyway) and she certainly is that! After 5 agonizing weeks, she showed up while I was at work. Thank goodness Meg was home to make her feel welcome. I hurried home and took her in my arms, where she belonged. I was amazed by the familial resemblance with her siblings, all three shiny white with appealing curved corners. They communicated seamlessly, with the older ones sharing data, pictures, and friends' contact info.

I wanted her to have a cozy, safe place to sleep, so I made a special bed for her.

She is absolutely wonderful and I am having so much fun getting to know her. As a matter of fact, this post was written entirely on Wang Wang. "So what", you may think. Well, for starters, you cant just blog on iPad. I won't bore or embarrass you with all the technical mumbo jumbo of why it can't, mainly because I don't know, but it can't. That meant research and downloading apps and all kinds of fun. With this app, Blogsy, I can drag and drop pictures, and video. I think I'll drag one in now.
