Single Saturday

What does the wife of a fireman do on a Saturday when her husband has been at work since Friday morning and won't be home til Sunday? Anything she wants!

Slept late.

Read the newspaper.

Washed fabric for new sewing projects.

Went to the Cattle Barn Flea Market. I bought some great stuff for the rooms I'm redoing. I'm going to paint the table black for the living room. The book is a Mother Goose Nursery Rhyme book that I plan of taking apart so I can frame the illustrations for the baby's room. The large framed piece is an embroidered prayer that I plan on reframing for the baby's room. The silver thing is a "frog" used in flower arrangements, but I plan on using it to display pictures.

Ate lunch by myself at a new restaurant.

Went to Montgomery Street Antique Mall.

Cleaned house. (I really like to clean my house).

Worked in my yard. (I also love to do this).

Surfed the 'net. (I ADORE doing this).

Shot a wedding.

Stayed up til 1:30 and didn't shave my legs.

It was a great day!
