I have faced my addiction. The above is the visible proof of it. We were low on my stash so my enabler made a run to Walmart, where my beloved Diet Coke was on sale. When he brought them into the garage, which took 2 trips with a dolly (I had to google this to be sure I spelled it right), I was a little embarrassed. Not so much so that I'll quit, but just enough to feel, well, embarrassed. In my defense, Kenny has an equally impressive stash of
wine. Some in the wine "cellar" (I love that they are called that, even though they are just a small fridge), some in the pantry and a lot in the fridge outside. It's a family thing, drink obsessions.
Oh Arlene! I dont know what is sweeter! The hubby who stashes the addiction or the sugar in the cans! :) cute post!
ReplyDeleteOh. My. Gosh. That is a insanely large amount of DC. Are you planning a large party?
ReplyDeleteNo parties planned, Emily, I just have to keep a natural disaster sized stash. If I run out, I get a little crazy and no one likes a crazy Arlene.
ReplyDeleteWay too cute. You sure do have the sweetest hubby.
