Bedroom Reveal

After living with the Murphy bed flat on the living room floor for a month and fruit basket turn over with the furniture, I was more than ready to finish the room. Then Meg planned a trip up to help me with a wedding, so it HAD to be done. I was thankful for that forced deadline.  I absolutely love it and may not ever change it, even if there is a 4th Tater Tot.

I have a LOT of hoarded fabric that was shoved into the big brown armoire. I was able to store most of it in suitcases we picked up in NY at a store going out of business, and from the World's Longest Yard Sale.

Other than the Murphy bed and mirror (which were both used), nothing was purchased specifically to furnish the room. I already had everything or I picked it up at a garage/yard sale hoping to use it as an accessory. That was the best part of the whole makeover.
