Three Months of Cuteness

Well, sweet Helena is now 3 months old. Not a newborn anymore, is she? Time to start thinking about adding another, I say. Our rollie pollie (or is it "rolly polly"?) is now tipping the scales at 17 lbs and seems to be all girl. I don't remember Meg being like this, but she flirts! Really! She'll be doing that baby talk thing and when her daddy walks into view, she crinkles her eyes, grins and squeals. Even if you didn't know she was a girl, when you heard that high pitched squeal, it would become apparent. It must be some inborn thing to charm the men, 'cause her daddy melts. I see trouble brewin'!

She thinks her brother is the best thing ever and the feeling is mutual. He calls her NeeNee and loves to baby talk with her and bring her dolls to "play with". If he doesn't think her mom has dressed her in the proper attire, he will go to the closet and bring out a different outfit and order Meg to change her because "dis cuuuuuuuute, mama!"

I've made tons of bows, but have taken to buying shoes instead of making them. Instant gratification! I can't wait to start making summer frocks, but I don't want to start too early since she seems to be outgrowing everything way too fast.

Here are a couple of shots to document 3 months. Isn't she a cutie?
