For My New Tater Tot

I mentioned one time that when I get interested (obsessed) in something, it's like my dog trying to get a tater tot that's rolled under the stove. Totally focused, snout shoved under the stove, scratching at the floor focused. Sweet Little Nell has done that for me in terms of baby girl fluff. My heart pounds when I think of all the goodies there are to make for her. I barely get back from shopping for one project when I feel COMPELLED to go get another one started. I have had to buy bins to corral all the crafting/sewing paraphernalia. I even got a serger (thanks, Teri!!!!!). My head is spinning with possiblilites.

Thank goodness for Pinterest, which has not only fueled this frenzy, but raised the bar on the cute factor exponentially while cutting down on the "coming up with cute ideas" time. Without further ado, I present.....

DRESS MADE FROM REPURPOSED SWEATER AND TIGHTS WITH MATCHING HEAD And FOOT ADORNMENT

I made this dress and bloomer set from a cashmere sweater that Meg didn't want. I used directions I saw on Pinterest and bought a small dress at Thrift Town to use as a pattern. I thought it needed tights, so I used another pattern for those and then made a headband and foot things to match. They aren't really sandals, but I don't know what else to call them, so foot adornments will work for now.
