random updates

Two months old...can you believe it? I was lucky enough to have them stay until mid-January and we took advantage of the time to make a quick trip to San Antonio to look for houses and eat Mexican food. Reid is still a narcoleptic angel, sleeping almost the entire time, waking only to eat and smile and spit up. The trip may have been in vain, though. Details are sketchy, but Uncle Sam may have other plans for Eddie in a classic good news/bad news twist to their crazy lives. More news to follow as information comes in.

It was sad when they left, but I took advantage of the time to finally clean my house! We've been hard at work redoing some of the house and I'll post pictures as soon as we finish. Since we are the king and queen of putting off the last details, they may never be posted, but I am optimistic!
